Pricing

Free to open anything.
£15 to hand it back.

The whole studio is free on any programme, whatever its size: open it, edit it, reschedule it, check it, run risk, print it. Paying lifts the limit on what you export.

Will it cost me anything?

Drag your programme size.

The limit is on export, not on access. That distinction is the whole pricing model, so here it is drawn rather than described.

Licence

Paying without an account.

Your schedule never leaves your machine, so we did not want a login either. There is no account to create and nothing of yours on a server. You buy a key, and the app checks it on your own machine.

01

Pay

Stripe Checkout. We never see the card, and you do not create an account.

02

Get the key

We email you a signed key for your seat. Keys are issued by hand today, so allow a few hours rather than seconds.

03

Paste it

Help ▸ Licence, once. It sits in that browser beside your model key, so enter it again on a second machine. No device limit.

04

Verified here

The signature is checked on your machine. It works with the network off.

Questions

Everything except export to P6, MS Project or Excel carries on exactly as before: open it, edit it, reschedule it, check it, print it. The export button tells you the count and the limit before you click, and links here. Nothing is written and your file is untouched.

Yes, on both tiers, or point it at a model running on your own machine. You are paying for the studio, not for model access, so there is no inference cost buried in the price and no limit on how much you use the assistant.

No. Nothing changes about where your file lives. Paying adds a licence key to your browser and lifts the export limit. There is still no account, no server holding your programme, and nothing for us to hand over if anyone asks for it.

Activity rows in the project you are exporting. WBS bands, relationships, resources and calendars are not counted. Milestones are, because P6 treats them as activities. The count is the whole project, whatever is filtered or grouped on screen, so the same file always exports the same way — and it matches the activity count already in the status bar.

Read a client's programme, check it and learn the tool, yes. Deliver work with it and you need the commercial licence, whatever the size of the file. If you are a student or working on something personal, the free tier is yours.

Any time, from the link in your receipt. Your key keeps working to the end of the month you paid for, then the export limit comes back. Nothing you built is locked up: every file you exported is a normal XER or MS Project file.

£15 is exclusive of VAT. Checkout adds it at your local rate, and a valid business VAT number can be entered there.

Yes. Export a file with up to 100 activities, free, reopen it in P6, and compare it against the original. That is the same export code path a 5,000-activity file runs, just on fewer rows. If the round-trip holds there, it holds at any size.
