1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Aimavera at aimavera.com. By using the service you accept them. Aimavera is provided by Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd, company number 17285923, registered in England and Wales, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
2. The service
Aimavera is a project scheduling application that runs in your web browser. It opens Primavera P6 XER, Microsoft Project MSPDI and PMXML files and exports files those products open. In the editor you build and edit activities, milestones, logic, calendars, constraints, activity codes and the WBS, with the critical path recalculated live as you work; status progress and move the data date; keep baselines and read schedule variance and earned value; assign resources and roles, chart the histograms and level them; run Monte Carlo schedule and cost risk from a risk register, with correlation, branching, weather, calibration from actuals, kept runs and a QSRA/QCRA report; apply DCMA 14-point checks; compare scenarios; and lay out and print the result. An optional AI assistant can draft activities from a scope of works, review the logic, explain dates, make edits from typed or spoken plain-English instructions and work from attached documents, using a model provider of your choosing or a model running on your own machine.
Aimavera is offered on a free plan and a paid plan. Section 3 sets out what each one allows. The free plan requires no account; the paid plan is held against one, so that what you have paid for follows you between browsers and machines.
3. Plans, payment and cancellation
Free plan. The free plan is for personal use and for evaluating the service. You may open, read, edit, reschedule, check, analyse, run risk on, print and export to PDF a schedule of any size, at no charge and with no limit on the number of activities. Export to a machine-readable file — Primavera P6 XER, PMXML, Microsoft Project XML or Excel — is limited to schedules of 100 activities or fewer.
Paid plan. The paid plan costs £15 per user per month. Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is added at checkout; £15 is the total payable. Should we become VAT registered we will give notice before any change takes effect. It removes the 100-activity limit on machine-readable export, grants the commercial licence described below, and includes email support. Features described as forthcoming on our pricing page are not yet available and do not form part of what you are paying for until they ship.
Commercial use. Using Aimavera to produce or deliver work for a client, an employer or any commercial project requires the paid plan, whatever the size of the schedule. Reading a programme someone has sent you, checking it, and learning the software do not.
The AI assistant is not included in either plan. On both plans you supply your own model provider API key, or connect to a model running on your own machine, and pay that provider directly. See section 6.
Payment and your account. Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not see or hold your card details. On payment the paid plan is recorded against your account and applies wherever you sign in. The subscription is for the named user and the account may not be shared.
Cancellation and refunds. The paid plan is a rolling monthly subscription, billed in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically at the end of each month unless you cancel before it renews. You may cancel at any time using the link in your receipt, or by writing to support@aimavera.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and the free plan’s limits apply from then. We do not give partial refunds for an unused part of a period.
If you are buying as a consumer. If you subscribe as a consumer rather than for business or professional use, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing. By subscribing you ask us to begin supplying the service at once, and you accept that the right to cancel is lost once it has been fully supplied. Licence keys are issued by hand at present, so there may be a short delay between your payment and the key reaching you. Nothing in these terms affects your other statutory rights.
Price changes. We may change the price. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before it applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
4. Your account, and what we do not store
An account holds your email address, a hash of your password, a record of which plan you are on, and the sessions you are signed in with. It holds nothing about your work. Your schedule files are parsed and your outputs generated entirely in your browser; we do not receive or store them. The one exception is the optional AI assistant, where the schedule details needed to answer a request pass through our relay in transit only, as section 6 and our Privacy Policy describe. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your work — we hold nothing and cannot restore anything.
5. Your content
You retain all rights in the schedules, data and files you open, create or export using Aimavera. We claim no licence over them, and could not exercise one if we did, since we keep nothing of them.
6. The AI assistant and third-party model providers
The optional AI assistant requires you to supply your own API key for a model provider of your choosing, or to connect to a model running on your own machine.
We do not provide, host or operate an AI model. When you use the assistant with a hosted provider, your request and your key pass through a relay function at aimavera.com/api/ai, which forwards them to the provider you selected and keeps nothing; it exists because provider APIs refuse requests made directly from a web page. A model running on your own machine is called directly from the page and never reaches our relay. Either way you use the provider under your own account and your own agreement with them. Their terms, pricing, availability and data handling apply, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for any charges your provider levies, and for ensuring your use complies with your organisation's policies.
Model output may be inaccurate. Treat it as a suggestion to be checked, never as a substitute for your own planning judgement.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Aimavera to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to interfere with the service or its delivery to others.
8. Intellectual property
Aimavera, its interface and its underlying code are owned by Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from the service except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.

All other product, company and standard names mentioned on this site are the marks of their respective owners.
Every one of these marks is used descriptively — to identify a file format, a published method, or a product we interoperate with or compare ourselves to — and for no other purpose. Aimavera is an independent product of Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by or otherwise connected to any of the companies or bodies named above.

9. Professional disclaimer
Aimavera is a scheduling tool. Its calculations, risk analyses and compliance checks are provided for your own use and do not constitute a certification, audit, formal assurance, or professional advice of any kind. You remain responsible for the schedules you produce and the decisions you take from them.
10. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will meet any particular requirement. We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. If we withdraw the service, or permanently remove a material feature of the plan you are paying for, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for in advance.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Aimavera.
Subject to the first paragraph of this section, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of £100 and the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. On the free plan, where you pay us nothing, that limit is £100.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
