Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 September 20261. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Aimavera at aimavera.com. By using the service you accept them. Aimavera is provided by Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd, company number 17285923, registered in England and Wales, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
2. The service
Aimavera is a project scheduling application that runs in your web browser. It opens Primavera XER, Microsoft Project MSPDI and PMXML files, recalculates the critical path as you edit, levels resources, runs Monte Carlo risk analysis, applies DCMA 14-point checks, and exports back to those formats.
The service is provided free of charge and requires no account.
3. No account, no stored data
There is no registration and no sign-in. Your schedule files are parsed and your outputs generated entirely in your browser; we do not receive, store or process them. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your work — we hold nothing and cannot restore anything.
4. Your content
You retain all rights in the schedules, data and files you open, create or export using Aimavera. We claim no licence over them, and could not exercise one if we did, since they never reach us.
5. The AI assistant and third-party model providers
The optional AI assistant requires you to supply your own API key for a model provider of your choosing, or to connect to a model running on your own machine.
We do not provide, host or operate an AI model. When you use the assistant, your browser communicates directly with the provider you selected, under your own account and your own agreement with them. Their terms, pricing, availability and data handling apply, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for any charges your provider levies, and for ensuring your use complies with your organisation's policies.
Model output may be inaccurate. Treat it as a suggestion to be checked, never as a substitute for your own planning judgement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Aimavera to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to interfere with the service or its delivery to others.
7. Intellectual property
Aimavera, its interface and its underlying code are owned by Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from the service except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.
Oracle, Primavera and P6 are trade marks of Oracle Corporation. Microsoft and Microsoft Project are trade marks of Microsoft Corporation. These marks are used descriptively to identify file formats and interoperability only, and no affiliation with or endorsement by those companies is claimed.
8. Professional disclaimer
Aimavera is a scheduling tool. Its calculations, risk analyses and compliance checks are provided for your own use and do not constitute a certification, audit, formal assurance, or professional advice of any kind. You remain responsible for the schedules you produce and the decisions you take from them.
9. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will meet any particular requirement. We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and given that the service is provided free of charge, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Aimavera.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
