One-click fixes for the common failures, each an undo step, and a print-ready Schedule quality report that names the activities behind every failure.

What the DCMA 14-point assessment is

The US Defense Contract Management Agency’s fourteen checks are the most widely used test of whether a CPM schedule is well built: logic on every activity, no leads, few lags, mostly finish-to-start links, few hard constraints, float and durations within sensible bounds, no dates that contradict the data date, and a critical path that actually drives the finish.

Most clients now ask for it with every submission. Doing it usually means a desktop diagnostics licence costing thousands a seat, or a spreadsheet. Here the checks run on the live schedule, recomputed as you edit, and the score sits in the status bar while you work.

It runs the same fourteen DCMA checks against the schedule as it calculates it. It is not a copy of either product and makes no claim to match their numbers exactly.

The submission that comes back with comments costs a week.
